1 Educational Purpose & Academic Integrity

All IEEE project repositories, base research paper implementations, seminar presentation decks, source code files, and documentation provided by 1 Crore Projects are designed strictly for educational, academic research, and self-learning guidance purposes.

• Students are encouraged to study, modify, and build upon the source code provided to understand the underlying technical concepts.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their respective university or academic institution’s honor codes and submission guidelines.

2 Digital Product Delivery & Google Drive Access

Upon successful payment processing through our secure Razorpay gateway:

• Instant access links to Google Drive source code repositories (.zip) and Seminar PPT presentations are rendered immediately on the Order Confirmation page.
• An official order invoice with verified download links is saved to your Student Dashboard profile.
• Digital links remain accessible to the purchasing student account. Redistributing or selling purchased Google Drive links to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

3 Pricing, Service Fees & Payment Gateway

All pricing listed on the platform is specified in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

• Package Selection: Students can choose between purchasing the Full Project Package (Source code, DB, PPT, Report) or PPT Presentation Only.
• Payment / Service Fee: A flat ₹5.00 payment processing fee is added once per checkout transaction to cover SSL security and gateway processing costs.
• Promotional Coupons: Valid promo coupons apply strictly to Full Project purchases unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption powered by Razorpay.

4 Technical Support & Installation Assistance

We guarantee 100% execution capability for all source code repositories hosted in our library.

• Our technical support team provides complimentary 1-on-1 setup guidance via AnyDesk, Zoom, or WhatsApp for software environment setup (Python, Java, Node.js, MySQL, Anaconda, VS Code).
• Custom modifications or additions beyond the original base IEEE project paper scope may incur additional customization fees agreed upon prior to development.

5 Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

In no event shall 1 Crore Projects, its directors, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
