Patient Portal Access to Diagnostic Test Results

Diagnostics patient portal that is capable of automatically diagnose the condition of a patient based on data provided by the patient without intervention from a physician. We will be designing a web page which involves patients to easily access there’ preclinical diagnostics Report in secrecy and Track there on going test which will help the User and the provider of the report with absolute transparency, this will also be helpful in accessing old personal test results at any time without intervention. Health care is a field in which accurate record keeping and communication are critical. The proposed system facilitates to give a unique username for user and stores the details of every user automatically. The data can be easily retrieved and well protected for personal use. The main function of the system is to store Reports and details doctors/Staffs who has processed the Report and deliver to the user/Patients when required.
