Customers may have any complaints about their products. The online electrical complaint management system is web – based application and it is designed to keep track of complaints registered by the users, so this system need to have distributed platform independent web application. This software is an independent application. It is a self-contained product. Customers can search the nearby mechanic shop and can register the complaint online. The complaints can be assigned to different mechanics and will be tracked till closure. The task of Administrator executives can control all the activities in the system, for creating issue using registration, assign to a mechanic or a service engineer and check the service engineer’s performance. In registration it should be open and assigned to a mechanic and he can update the status of the complaint. This system can also able to show the reports like pending complaints’ list, active complaints, registrations, mechanic feedback report, etc.
