The project titled “ Help Desk For Hardware Services In College “ is designed using MY SQL and Java .This project is aimed at developing a help desk for the facilities in the college. It is very simple and easy to understand. A help desk is a resource intended to provide the user(staff) with information and support related to institution’s product or services. The purpose of the help desk is usually to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance about products .
It can help the individuals with sudden issues in real life problem. It is very simple to move the services using the help desk. The help desk provides user with the answers they need for the technical issues. It is accessible for the clients who deserves help for hardware services .In response to the clients request the services will be provided in a short period of time. Authentication process is used to verify the user. If the user is a authorised user then they are allowed to enter into the website.
