1. Cancellations

Once a project or training service is purchased, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered services.
• Refunds will only be processed in case of duplicate payment or technical errors.
• Requests must be raised within 7 business days of payment.

3. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
